On March 18, the RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan received the delegation led by Syurkani Ishak Kasim, member of the Board of Directors of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
During the meeting, the parties touched upon the perspectives and expansion opportunities of cooperation between Armenia and ADB. Particularly, partnership strategy for the current year and the spheres of implementation of future programs were discussed.
Atom Janjughazyan noted that in the mid-term perspective, the forecasts for economic development are conservative, and the guidelines and priorities set out in the Government Program allow for better results.
The ADB representative emphasized that cooperation with the Bank will contribute to the implementation of reforms and capacity building in the context of targeted programs and exchange of experience.
