Today, the RA Deputy Finance Minister Karen Brutyan met with members of the Armenian Representation of the European Union (EU) Delegation.
Deputy Minister Karen Brutyan presented to the European guests the strategy of reforms of Public Finance Management System 2019-2023, and 14 directions outlined therein.
“We have been able to consolidate all the important changes that we plan to implement in one document. It is important for us to cooperate with donor organizations to ensure the well-being of Armenian society”, - said Karen Brutyan.
He thanked the EU partners for the great support of many years that have given concrete results.
EU Delegation representative Vasilis Maragos in his turn welcomed the adoption of the Public Finance Management System Reform Strategy 2019-2023 and highlighted that its results would be tangible for the Armenian society. Mr. Maragos emphasized the need to ensure continuity of cooperation with the Government of Armenia.
