On July 26, the RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan received Bedřich Kopecký, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to the Republic of Armenia.
Minister Janjughazyan attached importance to the harmonious development of various directions of cooperation - economic, cultural, educational and other spheres - and the effective realization of the potential. He also underlined the importance of experience exchange between the Governments of the two countries, particularly between the Ministries of Finance.
Bedřich Kopecký noted that there are prospects for cooperation within the framework of both bilateral relations and the European Union. He pointed out the implementation of economic programs in the context of the Eastern Partnership.
During the meeting, the sides also touched upon the promotion of collaboration of private companies, expansion of trade turnover and other issues.
