The Spring Meetings of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank (WB) started in Washington D.C., in which the Armenian delegation is also participating. The RA Ministry of Finance is represented by the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Armen Hayrapetyan. This platform for various meetings with IMF and WB high-ranking officials and representatives of international reputable financial organizations has started with a meeting with investors organized by VTB Capital Bank, followed by meetings with investors organized by Bank of America Merrill Lynch. During both meetings, it was evident that the international community is focused on fiscal rule review implemented by the RA Ministry of Finance and the adoption of the Tax Code as well as the key directions of fiscal policy.
