On February 7, the Department of Human Resources Management of the RA Ministry of Finance organized a familiarization visit for the students and the program manager of the Master's program "Human Resource Management" of the Faculty of Sociology of YSU.
The students met with Karen Sargsyan, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance, as well as employees from the HRM department. During the meeting, Mr. Sargsyan presented the recently implemented changes in human resources management within the ministry. He also discussed the distinctive features of human resources management in the state system and outlined the upcoming tasks and initiatives in this area for the ministry.
At the end of the meeting, Karen Sargsyan answered the students' questions.
In his thank-you speech, the project manager underscored the significance of the meeting, highlighting that it played a crucial role in dispelling the students' preconceived notions about human resources management within the state system.
