A regular session of the Expanded Public Council of Revenue Policy Improvement created by the decree of the Minister of Finance took place at the RA Ministry of Finance. The Session was attended by representatives from the RA Ministry of Finance, other agencies and famous international consulting organizations involved in the Council with advisory capacity.
The session discussed the issues on the delay of the term of entering the RA Tax Code into force for one year, the procedures for calculating tax liabilities occurring during the judicial and extrajudicial seizure of pledged property and during liquidation or bankruptcy, on real estate and vehicle property tax system, and on revenue tax rates review.
As a result of the session, it was decided to continue the review works of the procedures for calculating tax liabilities occurring during the judicial and extrajudicial seizure of pledged property and during liquidation or bankruptcy. The Council did not consider it appropriate to adopt the proposals of changing the real estate and vehicle property tax system as well as the revenue tax rates.
