Hovhannes Enfiachyan (1866-1924) was a public, state-political figure, a member of the Armenian National Party, after the declaration of independence of Armenia - the Minister of Finance of the Government of Hovhannes Kajaznuni, then - of the Government of Alexander Khatisyan (November 1918 - June 1919). He left for the United States being included in H. Kajaznuni's delegation. He participated in the signing of the Treaty of Sevres (August 10, 1920). After the establishment of the Bolshevik authority in Armenia, Enfiachyan went abroad and became a cigarette producer in Belgium.
