Atom Janjughazyan Held an Open Lesson for the Students of the British International School in Armenia

On September 1, the RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan held an open lesson for the students of the British International School in Armenia on the occasion of the new academic year and the Knowledge Day. The Minister attached importance to the acquisition of knowledge, considering it as a powerful weapon to achieve goals. “Dream! Dreams help pave the way. Set goals for yourself and reach them. You were given the opportunity to get a good education while many in the world would dream about it. The role of knowledge is invaluable in our lives”, - said the Minister.

Reminiscing about school days past, Atom Janjughazyan told the students that he wanted to attend school earlier than it was allowed to. The reason was his school-age brothers. It was inconvenient not to go to school when older brothers were already pupils. “I enjoyed learning, my school memories are full of infinite respect for teachers and classmates”, - said Atom Janjughazyan.

The meeting with the Minister was held in a warm, lively atmosphere. The pupils asked the Minister a lot of questions about state budget and financial management. Answering their questions, Atom Janjughazyan noted that the basis of the Ministry's activity is fiscal policy and public debt management.

At the end of the meeting, Finance Minister and students of the British International School agreed to make such meetings continuous. Atom Janjughazyan also promised to host the students in the Ministry.
