On July 18, the RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan received Piotr Świtalski, Ambassador, Head of the European Union Delegation to the Republic of Armenia.
During the meeting issues related to the macroeconomic stability of the country, the debt stabilizing fiscal policy, the reform agenda initiated by the Government were discussed.
Atom Janjughazyan highlighted the further development of relations with the EU and noted that the cooperation with the EU would contribute to the implementation of reforms in Armenia.
Piotr Świtalski, in his turn, noted that Armenia-EU cooperation creates a basis for the implementation of effective and promising projects.
The sides also discussed the programmes implemented in Armenia with the EU assistance, the steps to increase their effectiveness, and so on.
