The RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan received the delegation led by Mercy Tembon, the World Bank's Regional Director for the South Caucasus.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the country’s macroeconomic stability, public debt management mechanisms and the reform agenda initiated by the RA Government.
The Minister highly appreciated the cooperation with the WB, expressing hope that it would create a basis for the implementation of effective and promising projects.
Atom Janjughazyan attached importance to the exchange of experience between the two sides, particularly in the context of financial management culture and capacities.
Mercy Tembon emphasized that positive changes in Armenia would create new opportunities for making cooperation more effective in the future.
