On November 5, the budgetary debates continued at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs. Acting Minister Atom Janjughazyan, presenting the financial resources allocated to the spheres, noted that structural changes which are still under discussion were taken into account when drafting the main financial document of the coming year. According to Janjughazyan, the Government of Armenia aims to unite all possible resources. One of the key features of the draft is program budgeting. According to Atom Janjughazyan, not the means used but the recorded results are of significant importance.
The discussions of the Draft State Budget for 2019 will continue at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on November 6.
