Hambardzum Terteryan

Hambardzum Teteryan (1884-1955) was born in village Topt (Nor Nakhichevan). He is a lawyer, state, national-public figure, a member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun), a member of the First Republic Parliament, and Finance Minister in Simon Vratsyan’s Government. Together with Drastamat Kanayan, he signed the declaration on the transfer of the Government of the First Republic of Armenia to the Bolsheviks (December 2, 1920).
