On July 25, the RA Minister of Finance received the delegation led by Francis Malige, the Managing Director for Eastern Europe and the Caucasus at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
During the meeting, the parties discussed further strategy for the bilateral cooperation pointing out the priorities set by the Government Program.
Minister Janjughazyan attached importance to ensuring the continuity of initiatives and predictability of behaviour in collaborative relations.
Touching upon the reforms in the tax sphere, Francis Malige expressed hope that the envisaged amendments would contribute to further development of the country’s economy.
A number of issues related to debt stabilizing policy, fiscal rules, as well as the cooperation with the International Monetary Fund, country’s investment environment were also discussed.
