The "Procurement Support Center" State Non-Commercial Organization was liquidated by the RA Government Decision No 382-N dated April 13, 2017, “On Liquidating the "Procurement Support Center" State Non-Commercial Organization of the Government Staff of the Republic of Armenia and on Making Amendments to the RA Government Decision No 503-N dated May 5, 2008”.
Please be informed that a Limited Liability Company (LLC) with the same name has started operating in the field which is not in any way related to the implementation of the functions of the RA Ministry of Finance or the Secretariat of the Procurement Appeals Board and is not considered to be the successor of the "Procurement Support Center" State Non-Commercial Organization. This organization is not empowered to carry out any functions of coordinating or supporting the public procurement process on behalf of the State.
Due to the above, we warn that all those persons who will benefit from the services of the "Procurement Support Center" LLC will act at their own risk and with full responsibility.
