Today, on May 22, a discussion of the draft of the technical task of the electronic procurement system took place, led by Sergey Shahnazaryan, the head of Procurement Policy Department of the Ministry of Finance. The representatives of the RA state departments also participated at the discussion.
Sergey Shahnazaryan presented the most important goal of the implementation of the program, pointing to the fact that the new work tool will ensure procurement centralization, automation and flexibility of the integration process with existing programs, meeting the requirements of the state finance management system reform strategy.
Reflecting on the main problems in the procurement system, the interested parties came up with questions and suggestions, which were deemed necessary to be taken into account in the future work on the project of the technical task of the electronic procurement system.
