Today, on November 28, the RA Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan had a working meeting, with Rolande Pryce, Regional Director of the World Bank.
Vahe Hovhannisyan presented to Rolande Pryce the efforts being done with international partners to attract possible support to address the needs of forcibly displaced Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh.
Rolande Pryce expressed gratitude for the reception and underscored the importance of the mentioned initiatives. She noted the World Bank team's readiness to support Armenia within the framework of these events.
The interlocutors both emphasized the importance of upcoming cooperation, including the programs planned using the "Program for Results" ("PforR") tool, and expressed hope that their implementation will contribute to the framework of reforms outlined by the RA government.
The parties have mutually agreed to continue their constructive dialogue with the aim of implementing joint programs.
